An exciting opportunity to join a growing company in in the centre of Bristol. The role is to assist the member services support team with the preparation and administration of branch events and includes on-the-job training.

**Main Duties**:

- Creating events on our online booking systems, publishing and maintaining on website
- Managing delegate bookings and enquiries
- Register delegates for events and prepare all delegate materials, including delegate packs and badges, as required
- Carry out post event administration including summarising evaluation forms and processing invoices
- Maintaining contact information
- Working with the membership and branches support services team to create and maintain processes to support the network
- Be confident to network and build professional relationships with important stakeholders
- Attend quarterly branch meetings and complete actions as they arise
- Prepare flyers/booking forms and publicise conferences and events to also include Dynamics 365, website, social media and newsletters
- Process conference and event bookings and deal with queries

**Other**
- Undertake any further additional duties commensurate with the grade of the post
- Attendance at some events may be needed therefore willingness to travel will be required

**Abilities/Experience/Attributes**
- Excellent proven organisational abilities
- Working knowledge of word processing, database software and spreadsheets
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident, positive outlook with a can-do attitude
- Works well with others
- Flexibility
- Self-starter

All staff are required to be flexible in their approach and willingness to get involved in other issues where necessary

**Qualifications required**:
4 GCSEs grades 4 to 9 (A*-C) including English and Mathematics or equivalent.

37.5 hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with ½ hour for lunch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £285.00 per week
