Currently supporting a London-based HE client to recruit a Head of HR Operations on a 6-month FTC. This role is responsible for the establishment of a new POD Operations Model which will comprise a new POD Shared Service Centre and the Recruitment Team.

The POD Operations Team will be the front face of the POD Department, with responsibility for all ensuring administration of recruitment, to on-boarding and employment contractual changes are managed effectively and efficiently and that all systems and recordsare maintained and accurate. Delivering a more consistent and streamlined service, the Shared Service Centre will be the first point of contact for enquiries on terms and conditions of employment, initial scoping of casework, policy and practice and contractualchanges.

Main Duties:

- To manage, lead and develop the Recruitment and Shared Service Team to ensure a high level of customer service, accuracy and compliance with Service Level Agreement
- Oversee the administration of hourly paid lecturer contracts to ensure compliance with the Assimilation Agreement
- To contribute to the development of POD KPI’s and Dashboards and the use of analytics to improve the services delivered to the college and monitor progress against EDI objectives
- Support the Director of POD with senior management appointments including attendance at interview panels and administering assessments. Oversee the appointments process for rotating roles including Heads of School, Heads of Department and SMT.
