**Warranty Claims Admin**

**Requirements of Warranty Claims Admin role**:

- Excellent customer service skills required
- Works well in teams, this role is primarily to support the workload of our warranty claims assessors however is key for spotting missing information
- Request and review service invoices from customers to ensure their vehicle is serviced in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Request other documentation to support the engineers such as recovery proof, previous repairs and anything else required
- Source reconditioned/ refurbished parts where appropriate
- Automotive/ mechanical experience is necessary however technical experience not required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform

**What We Offer**

**Salary**: £23,000 basic

OTE: £28,750 (Your OTE will be based on achieving KPIs, and will be paid monthly)

Holiday: 22 days holiday

Hours: 8.30 - 17.30 Mon - Fri (1 Saturday every month 9-4pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,750.00 per year

- Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (required)
