**We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a UK Coordinator to join our team**

The UK Coordinator will be responsible for leading, motivating, monitoring and developing Securitas UK teams across our clients portfolios via close cooperation with UK Branches responsible for operational delivery of service in various UK locations. The UK Coordinator will work closely with European Regional Manager and UK Key Accounts Director to deliver the service KPI and to drive improvements and development of the contract at various levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for advising his European Regional Manager regarding the deployment of security teams in the UK in order to protect data, physical assets, and employees.
- Manages the security services delivery on his assigned sites in the UK, ensures the development and follow-up of local KPIs.
- Ensures the reporting of the security operations on his assigned sites, analyses the reported information, organizes local follow-up meetings and provides feedback to the European Regional Manager in order to improve security service delivery in the UK.
- Ensures the follow-up of the needed legal trainings and certifications for the guarding teams on his sites.
- Advises the European Regional Manager regarding the evolving training needs of the security teams, manages and organizes the needed trainings for the security teams using a learning management platform.
- Advice local Security management on SOP creation, ensures SOP standardization and on-site follow-up.
- Advises local Security management on human resources issues regarding the guarding force, drives the recruitment of the requested profiles, ensures evaluation and coaching of the security teams, guarantees the design of career paths for the security personnel using a guarding skills matrix, ensures the correct on and off boarding of the vendor’s employees.
- If requested, perform risk assessments on his assigned sites.
- Manages red teaming exercises on his sites in the UK, in accordance with the red teaming program, in order to ensure quality service delivery, the relevance of the security dispositive and the awareness of the security teams and staff.
- Manages and/or supports regional security incidents and emergency events happening in the UK in order to safeguard data, assets, and employees
