Systems Coordinator

**Job purpose**
To support the maintenance and continual development of the current Telephone, CRM/Job management systems. This includes assisting with the gathering of information, configuration, maintenance, support, and training of the systems to all staff members and purchasing of equipment.
**Main duties**
- To abide by and promote health and safety, ensuring all approved policies and processes are followed.
**CRM/ Job Management System**
- The set-up of employee accounts.
- The set-up and configuration of the system.
- The creation of reports.
- The set-up of customer accounts.
- The set-up of supplier accounts.
**IT System**
- To support the IT Contractor with day-to-day tasks.
**Phone System**
- To support the maintenance and setup of the company phone system.
**Support**
- To escalate issues to external Support when required.
**Training**
- To assist with the creation and updating of training guides.
- To conduct training for all employees and induction training for new employees.
**Equipment**
- To assist with the purchase and preparation of mobile phones and tablets for office and engineer use, updating mobile portals and asset lists.
- To assist with the purchase of IT equipment and the updating of asset lists.
**Other**
- To support the implementation and maintenance of other systems if required by the Directors and Line Manager.
- Any other duties as required by the Directors and Line Manager.

GCSE English Grade A-C
GCSE Maths Grade A-C
or equivalent
