A top100, national defendant firm are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role is crucial to the finance function, offering an ambitious individual the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and provide key decision-makers with financial information to make informed decisions.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide exceptional financial support to our operational teams, including pricing support for tenders, detailed budget preparation, and monthly performance feedback to Operational Leads. This diverse and challenging role will also require you to:

- Support Operational Managers in managing their business areas, identifying opportunities, and challenging teams to improve gross margins.
- Assist operational teams in bids and tenders, proposing pricing and providing challenge in pricing discussions to ensure required gross margins are achieved.
- Produce monthly financial reporting according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver regular forecasts and annual budgets of Operational performance.
- Assist the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in any ad hoc projects as required.

This is a full-time role with working hours of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm,
