We are currently seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team at our Felixstowe site. As a Business Administration Apprentice you will play a crucial role in supporting the Transport and Customer Services functions by streamlining business operations, managing resources, and ensuring efficient functioning across departments.

**Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30)**

**Salary: £15,000 Per Annum**

**Job responsibilities of a Business Administration Apprentice include**:

- Acting as a core team member supporting on rotations the Transport Operations and Customer Services Departments
- Gaining an insight into general Transport & Customer Services processes, systems and principles within a busy Container Transport Depot
- Providing ad hoc support in a variety of Transport and Customer Services related tasks to the team as required.
- Ensuring that all documentation and systems are well-organised, easily traceable and archived correctly
- Keeping computer systems up to date
- Draft correspondence as required by colleagues.
- Preparing and processing invoices and supporting with payroll and expenses as required

**Qualifications**
As a Business Administration Apprentice you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Have at least grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) GCSE's in Maths and English.
- A genuine interest in a career in Transport Operations or Customer Services.
- Good verbal and written communication skills along with a high attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Adapt well to change with a willingness to take full advantage of the opportunities presented by the programme.
