An opportunity has arisen for a Patient Experience Officer within the team which is responsible for local and national surveys and translation and interpreting services.

The successful applicant would be supporting clinical areas and patients to book translation and/or interpreting services, liaise with our provider ensuring performance targets are met and invoices are accurate. Local and national surveys play a vital role is clinical areas receiving feedback on the services they provide, this part of the role will require data analysis and some training to enable clinical staff to review their own data. Experience within the NHS is desirable.
