Customer Service Coordinator

This is great opportunity to join a global leader in medical aesthetics as a Customer Service Coordinator.
Based at their UK office in High Wycombe you will manage all Engineers, booking and arranging equipment servicing.
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience, please note this role is office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
**Duties**:
- Sending service reports to customers
- Uploading service contracts onto SAP
- Arranging suitable times to book engineers for breakdown repairs
- Maintaining and updating customer records via salesforce
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Any other reasonable administration office tasks to ensure smooth running of the business
**Experience required.**
- Proven experience as an administrator using Excel
- Proficiency in using SAP or Salesforce is desirable
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective team and customer relationships
