**The Role**

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working across all the key areas of the centre, this will include booking customers in at Reception to use the following: Bowling, Laser Tag, and Karaoke. As a key point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll also need to be alert to potential sales opportunities, play the role of a host for both individuals and parties, all while maintaining the centre’s cleanliness and order. Additionally, you'll receive training in kitchen and bar operations to provide support as required.

**Skills You Need**
- Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment

- Able to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
- Full flexibility in your working schedule, especially evenings and weekends.
- Be approachable and helpful
