We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing meetings over the phone and maintaining great customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. We are looking for people who put the needs of the business and customers first.

Are you a high-energy, target-driven individual with a passion for customer service and great communication skills? PropertyLoop, a tech startup in the real estate space, is looking for an Outbound Telesales Advisor to join our team at our office in Canary Wharf, London.

As an Outbound Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers and booking appointments for our sales force. Your main focus will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. We are looking for someone who is articulate, well-spoken, and confident in their ability to communicate effectively with potential customers.

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Growing PropertyLoops market share by building relationships with landlords
- Educating landlords about the benefit of using PropertyLoop and arranging face-to-face meetings with our agents
- Providing expert advice on lettings
- Nurturing our database to build a pipeline of current and future business
- Building and maintaining a great relationship with our front-line agents

**What you'll be doing**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services
- Answer questions about products, services and PropertyLoop
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close appointments
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and diligently
- Book and Process appointments in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**The experience we're looking for you to bring**:

- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Excellent computer skills i.e. CRM systems and phone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection as well as handle tough calls
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

**Working conditions**:

- Shift Patterns 9am-6pm
- Monday-Friday
- Office-Based Role

**What we offer**:

- £20,000 Basic plus commission

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
