**Our client and international agricultural company is looking to recruit an IT Systems & Business Information Manager to join their team.**

The role requires ensuring that the move to digitisation is a success, providing expertise and guidance delivering business value through Agile ways of working.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the internal IT team, offshore development partners, and senior internal stakeholders to build a roadmap for delivery.
- Define the roadmap for the systems that make working with our farmers easier.
- Manage a small team of Livestock co-ordinators, making sure that the information we hold on our farmers is accurate and available.
- Provide a level of expertise that prioritises the delivery of changes to core livestock IT systems.
- Build on the awareness of the Livestock hub and drive towards 100% farmer uptake.
- Test and provide solutions for ongoing development of the Livestock Hub.
- Work with business representatives to ensure processes and systems support, and do not hinder, business requirements.
- Define, document, and agree processes that meet agreed goals and translate into operational processes within the relevant environment.
- Proactively identify further opportunities for improvement within the Livestock Hub.
- Work in a structured way using the agreed change methodologies (Agile) and produce change deliverables / documentation in a timely manner.
- Identify and share best practice and contribute to raising awareness, improving performance and transitioning to a "pro-active" culture
- Perform personal administration, e.g., expenses, calendar, etc.

**Essential Skills**
- Interpersonal skills - able to interact and collaborate with colleagues and customers at all levels of seniority
- Technical appreciation - a broad knowledge of IT technologies and issues, often gained by previous hands-on experience
- Strong, clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills, including to senior audiences
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well under pressure / show resiliency and self-driven/motivated
- Project Management expertise demonstrable (doesn’t have to be formally qualified)
- Team player with ability to be self-sufficient, using a collaborative approach to solve problems is essential
- Ability to work in a structured environment to deliver the agreed objectives and business goals set out by the business
