Five Mobility is an independent supplier of Specialist equipment in the UK, specialising in Beds, Mattresses, Seating, Toileting and Hoisting equipment for Acute, Community, Long Term Care and Home Care.

We are seeking a full time Customer Services Administrator to join our expanding team. This role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a quickly growing Company and brings lots of opportunities for the right person. You will be dealing with the end-to-end process of our rental administration.

This role will be based at the company’s office in Harlow, Essex.

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with half hour lunch (unpaid)

20 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays, rising with length of service
- Answering phone calls from Health and Medical Professionals, Members of the Public in relation to the rental of equipment.
- Undertaking Hire requests from the customer for either new hires or existing contracts.
- Upload hire contacts on internal system and amend any discrepancies.
- Consult with depots to establish stock status on equipment.
- Provide guidance on equipment choices to ensure the right equipment is ordered and delivered.
- Troubleshoot with customer any equipment that is not working, prior to sending out a technician.
- Consulting with Suppliers to check on stock availability and delivery timescales.
- Checking and entering data on our internal data base relating to stock
- Producing reports for customers using either internal database or Microsoft Excel
- Investigating and resolving customer hire/invoice queries

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- IT literate - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to problem solve
- NHS experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience using Xero & InspHire would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
