General Farm/estate Worker

We're looking for someone to work with our existing team to support the day to day running of the extensive cattle and sheep sides of the business. This will extend to general maintenance and running of the overall estate which also incorporates, conservation management, arable cropping, equine leisure facilities and business/residential lettings.

This is could be a very flexible role and we're willing to consider applicants who require part time work, job share etc and we can be very flexible with working hours for the right person.

Starting pay rate will reflect current experience/ability, however it is envisaged that the ideal person will progress through our pay structure swiftly as they take on additional responsibility and aquire more skills.

On site accommodation could be made available for the right applicant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
