An opportunity has arisen within our large animal side of the Brownlow and Park Issa Vet practices to join a hardworking, friendly and supportive team.

We are looking for a veterinary receptionist and administrator initially to cover maternity leave at Park Issa Vets in Oswestry, but with genuine prospects to create a long-term role that will accommodate the needs of the business around a minimum of 20 hours per week over 3 days, but we can offer some flexibility around this for the right person.

The daily tasks would include phone duties, appointment management, client accounts, cash handling, computer work, stock handling, general administration tasks and cleaning.

We are looking for a team player with great communication skills, basic computer skills, hardworking attitude and preferably with some veterinary receptionist experience although on the job training will be provided. A knowledge of farming is essential as the role will involve communicating with our farm clients and the farm vet team. In return we can offer good job security, further training to enhance job satisfaction and a sense of being part of something special.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
