**About the Role**:
As our Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, focusing on shower enclosures with the potential to expand into balustrades. You'll be at the forefront of generating new business, following up on online enquiries, and developing strong relationships with end consumers and repeat trade customers. Your goal will be to enhance our brand presence and ensure we remain competitive in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Conversion**: Respond to online enquiries and convert leads into sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**New Business Generation**: Use marketing strategies, including social media, to generate new leads and convert them into sales.

**Client Relationships**: Establish and maintain relationships with repeat clients, offering trade accounts and discounts.

**Brand Development**: Contribute to enhancing brand visibility and attractiveness through effective marketing and social media management.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitive price checks to keep our offerings competitive.

- Has proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Is an exceptional communicator and negotiator.
- Is organised, can manage multiple projects, and is a quick learner.
