Our client is a major international interdisciplinary practice of engineers, architects and designers and are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to work on a portfolio of high-profile projects in their Bristol studio.

You will assist in the smooth and efficient delivery of design work and carry out project administrative tasks for the project leads.

You will give advice and provide management of documentation throughout projects from creation to retention to ensure compliance with company, corporate and statutory requirements.

**About the role**
- Maintain a system for document management
- Register and action all project documentation on the chosen document management system or collaboration system
- Ensure that all documentation is issued according to the relevant standards
- Conduct a check on all documentation passing through document control to ensure documents meet the relevant protocols i.e., document numbers, revisions etc
- Create reports for project documentation as requested
- Support the development of document control procedures and processes contained within the company Document Management System
- Co-ordinating and managing project timesheets
- Administration tasks as directed by the project lead including:

- Attend project meetings if required to gain understanding of the project and learn what KPIs are required
- Communicate with the clients, suppliers, and internal staff members at all levels

**About you**

You will have previous administration experience, preferably within the construction industry along with:

- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage own time scales and workload
- Numeracy a strength with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact and communicate with people at all levels within the business
- Knowledge of document control software would be advantageous, but training will be given
