We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Rochdale. The role is permanent - part time 26 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8am - 3pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Purchase and sales invoices using Sage 50
- Arranging transport UK and Overseas
- Entering data onto access database
- answering and fielding telephone calls
- Calculating hours for payroll
- Creating Testing Certificates
- Reconciling cashflow & assisting with payments
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Booking in deliveries
- Chasing outstanding orders
- Getting quotes for new items
- Costings
- Stock control
- Material certificates
- ISO auditing
- Health & safety administration

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 26 per week
