**About the role**:
We are looking for confident, dependable and resilient sales professionals to join our team As a spanish-speaking sales consultant, you will be the first interaction for many prospective customers looking for a tech-led solution to their challenges. You will be accountable for nurturing your leads, building your pipelines and exceeding your sales targets month on month.

- Be a fluent Spanish speaker, with outstanding communication skills and a great phone manner. _(Essential_
- Have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience._(Essential)_
- Direct sales experience, ideally in a telesales environment._(Essential)_
- Resilience and the ability to have challenging conversations and overcome objections. _(Essential)_
- Be organised - you need attention to detail to manage your phone, diary and data systems. _(Essential)_
- Adaptability and willingness to learn. _(Essential)_
- Confidence and a positive attitude. _(Essential)_
- Phone-based sales experience
- Previous experience exceeding targets/KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve with customers
- Being tech-savvy and knowledgeable about current tech/software products

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
