Currently recruiting a Document Management Assistant for a permanent role
- Based in Edinburgh (Office Based) within Professional Services

**About Our Client**:
Successful business within Professional Services

Core duties will be as follows:

- Searching for documents in iManage;
- Moving documents into new matters;
- Saving JPEGs and Oyez to PDF;
- Registration in RoS (including VR);
- Registration of PoA;
- Storage of Deeds;
- Organising Destruction of Deeds;
- Recall of Storage/Mandates;
- File closures including balance checks on Aderant;
- Completion of Client Profile Forms;
- Completion of Expense Claim Forms;
- Collating meeting papers; and
- Dealing with outgoing hard copy mail.

**The Successful Applicant**:
You should be flexible, self-motivated, highly competent, and able to work on your own initiative. Previous administrative experience is essential. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is needed for this role as you will be exposed to highly sensitive information.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Strong PC skills are required and full training will be provided on the various systems used throughout the business.
