Cross Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with our leading client, a specialist Private Client Law Firm based in Edinburgh City Centre, to recruit a Document Management Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

**Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and is fully office based.**

**What you'll do**
- Scan incoming mail for allocated teams into internal systems
- Work with Solicitors, Partners and PA’s regarding storage requirements of incoming documents
- Work with the Records team to store files and documents or retrieve these
- Working with other teams to determine where other incoming correspondence should be stored or placed
- Maintain files of incoming correspondence that can be shredded following company processes
- First point of contact for document retrieval
- Arrange couriers or deliveries for files and documents
- Work with the print room manage outgoing mail
- Additional Ad-Hoc scanning when needed
- Assist in large file scans
- Assist with additional departmental filing and administrative duties

**What you'll need**
- Similar experience in a professional services organisation
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong administrative skills
- Flexible, self-motivated and highly competent
- Work well as part of a team or on your own
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Accurate with a high attention to detail
- Strong PC skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
