Are you an experienced motor claims handler?

Do you want to handle both personal and commercial motor claims?

Do you want to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, (no shifts or weekend work)?

If you're looking to work in a broking environment opposed to an insurance company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships with customers, and become a valued member of the team.

This long established broking company is looking for a claims handler to join their Glasgow branch handling new and existing claims from start to finish whilst building strong relationships with customers.

**What will your day look like?**
- Provide an excellent level of customer service (dealing with claims and queries) as a claims advisor offering support from the initial reporting of a claim to arranging repairs, liaising with insurers,body shops, solicitors and claims management services etc in connection with claim requirements.
- To provide a friendly and efficient service notifying customers of all relevant information complying with the company and FCA requirement.
- Plan and process all claims jobs to efficiently control your own, and others within the teams, workloads ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.
- To achieve objectives of individual and team goals and to contribute to the team developing effective relationships internally and externally.
- Make a positive input into the team effectiveness, suggesting improvements to work systems and processes.
- Lead by example and be an active part of the team in achieving service and admin goals
- Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Keep your product and industry knowledge relevant and up to date by undertaking Continuous Personal Development
- Adhere to both company and FCA rules and guidelines
