The Placement Administrative Specialist’s role is to provide high quality, efficient and effective placement administrative support for students, academics and placement providers; as well as providing in-depth advice to fellow members of the placement team on placement processes.

The Placement Administrative Specialist’s role is also to provide administrative support for a wider range of duties in support of the Placement Administrative process, sharing responsibility for the efficient and seamless delivery of placements.

**The Person**:
You will need to have an organised and professional approach to work with the ability to manage your workload. You will also have the ability to provide professional, high quality and customer-focused administrative support, working as part of a team to improve processes and maintain standards.

Within the role you will utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with a variety of stakeholders.

**The Faculty**:
The Faculty offers wide ranging practice-based education and training programmes across nursing, health, science, midwifery, social care and teaching which are informed by high quality and impactful research.

We have a successful track record in public and service user engagement and developing knowledge transfer partnerships and other enterprise activities.

The Faculty’s professional administration and support teams work together to ensure business and support services are effective, efficient and sustainable in meeting the needs of our students, staff, stakeholders and areas of work.

**Further information**:
This is a full time permanent role with a starting salary of £30,468 per annum.
