**Tecnica** continue to grow and are looking for a Digital Marketing/Admin to join our dedicated team of highly skilled IT professionals, working with diverse leading Technologies. Training is provided depending on experience to meet individual and company requirements.
Join our team and work alongside highly specialised and knowledgeable MSP specialists delivering expertise to a diverse customer base.
**Tecnica** have an excellent work ethic and encourage at all levels a team working environment, providing 100% excellent customer service and consistently exceeding expectations.
The main duties within this role are:
Website content management ( Website creation skills advantageous)
Creating company literature and marketing material
Social media content creation and maintenance
Short Videos/animation advantageous
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and SEM
CRM database maintenance
Recording and updating help Desk System.
Receptionist duties with high level of customer care
Market research for potential new customers
Contacting potential new customers with information on company products
On occasions maybe required to work various office Admin duties
**Requirements**:
HNC or above in Marketing or related field, Digital Media.
Excellent and written communication skills
Basic IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
Experience with SEO
Creativity - experience with photo-editing software is preferable;
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, illustrator, InDesign, etc), Canva, Inkscape
Good organisational skills
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills essential
Must be able to work both independently and part of a team.
**Marketing Drive, determination and ambition to succeed**
Be articulate and well presented as expected in a customer service environment
Experience of digital marketing or social media management advantageous
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
