**We have a pay banding system and are committed to staff development**:
**Band A**:

- £10.05, less than 2 years experience

**Band B** - £10.40, 2+ years experience

**Band C**:

- £10.70, Senior Support Worker

**Band D** - £12.05, Team Leader

We offer a competitive rate of pay of (depending on experience and qualifications) plus holiday pay and benefits with training and DBS all paid for.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Provide general support as part of a caring team
- Assist with domestic duties & household management (may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, payment of bills)
- Provide personal care and administer medication
- Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction
