We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care. Your duties will include personal care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and ensuring a comfortable environment for patients.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients with daily activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist patients with mobility, including transferring and repositioning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or in a similar role.
- Relevant certification or training (e.g., Manual Handling,Medication).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Health care assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
