The oncology treatment landscape is evolving at an increasingly rapid pace, creating knowledge gaps with each new fast-tracked approval and change in standard of care. Our Oncology centre of expertise (CoE) harnesses and integrates the vast oncology market research knowledge, resources and real-world evidence from across the Ipsos globe - ensuring that the best expertise, insights and approaches are available to our clients wherever they are in the world.

**YOUR ROLE**

You will be part of the Oncology primary research team that works exclusively on oncology market research projects, covering a wide spectrum of research methodologies to answer business questions across tumour types and across the product lifecycle. As a Graduate Research Executive, you will:

- Start with a tailored 3-week induction programme specifically introducing you to healthcare market research. The interactive sessions will be delivered by the healthcare team’s experts and assisted by real world exercises.
- Training will cover all the core skills needed to be a successful researcher, providing you with a full knowledge of your role in the project lifecycle, from planning a project to delivering the final presentation.
- Following this, you’ll be encouraged to take charge from the outset - thrown straight into working on live projects for clients working in the Oncology therapy area.
- You’ll receive foundational training on Oncology and the treatments available, and will learn fascinating insights into the different tumour types, their rapidly evolving treatments and how the healthcare industry really works.
- You will have the opportunity to work with different members of your team who, cooperatively with a strong in-team support network (your Line Manager, Graduate Representative and a Buddy), will help guide your learning and development.

**OUR OFFER**
