**Communications & Marketing Exec**
**Location**: Bristol or London, Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week in the office) or on-site
Eunomia work a "nine-day fortnight". Full time employees have a 3-day weekend every other week.
**Salary indicative range**: £30,000 to £40,000
**Contract Basis**: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

**Job description**:
The primary purpose of this role is to assist and deliver the external PR programme in pursuit of the overarching corporate communication strategy in telling Eunomia’s story and engaging key audiences through an impactful multi-channel approach.
Specifically, this includes media relations, social media management and content creation across owned channels. Creating engaging content and toolkits for report launches and such like for stakeholders. Assisting in the management of conference calendar. Assisting in the management of sponsorship activity.
Specific tasks include:
- Support the Head of Brand & Communications in informing and delivering the departmental strategy through planning, content development and implementation of engaging multi-channel, multi-audience external communications and PR activity to promote Eunomia’s key corporate messages and support overall strategic aims.
- Assisting in the management of the company’s conference calendar - speaker Opps / attendees and sponsorship.
- Help leverage sponsorship opportunities across owned channels eg Green Business Awards
- Assist in film making process for Eunomia’s external hero films and internal comms films (across all departments at Eunomia)
- Proactively horizon scan internally and externally stories for both traditional and social media to ‘newsjack’ using Eunomia’s reports and research.
- Draft press releases and social media toolkits to support report and campaign launches.
- Establish and maintain key relationships across mainstream and specialist media to achieve quality share of voice spanning news, expert commentary and thought leadership aligned to Eunomia’s strategy and values.
- Develop, manage, and grow Eunomia’s online and social media platform presence to ensure key messages are communicated effectively to relevant audiences - in line with current trends, technologies and consumer preferences. With a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Assist in creating social media advertising campaigns. Assisting in budget planning and spend in this area.
- Be responsible for creating original online and social text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers - presenting the company image in a cohesive and creative way to achieve business goals.
- Prepare and brief Eunomia colleagues for external engagement opportunities (media and other speaking events), to include chaperoning as appropriate.
- Assist with management of external engagement events.
- Collaborate with other teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Knowledge and experience:
Essential
- Relevant experience in an externally facing communications role
- Demonstrable professional knowledge and experience of managing online and social platform communications
- Able to work effectively and productively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience with rich content production - basic video/animation for online/social channels
