**More about the role**

This is a new role assisting the Property Team to drive performance of the department KPI's whilst delivering an outstanding resident customer experience, as part of your role you will be responsible for resident's onboarding and ensuring this is completed at a high level.

This new exciting opportunity will allow the post holder to become the face of the building, ensuring all our residents are kept informed of activities within the communal areas and any relevant communication updates

You will assist in overseeing all daily operations, providing administration support within the lettings team and ensuring all records and management systems are updated whilst assisting the Community Manager in driving sales and retention as well as troubleshooting operational issues

**More about you**

You will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills as well as troubleshooting experience in differing situations

This role will also have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the business. If you have experience in lettings or hospitality, can demonstrate great customer service delivery and are looking for a new challenge, this role could be for you.

The perfect applicant will hold a level 2 or 3 Arla qualification or have a sound knowledge around lettings legislation.

The Forum, Birmingham is ideally situated for commuting, situated near The Bullring.
