As a SCPHN health visitor you will lead and develop a family centered public health approach, working with individuals, families and communities to improve health and tackle inequalities.

You will be committed to delivering evidence based practice, maintaining current knowledge of local and national issues that impact the 0-5 population. As a specialist practitioner you will professionally contribute to the on-going development of the health visiting offer within the Early Help Team as part of the Family Hub model.

As part of your benefits package the Council will reimburse your yearly NMC registration fee and may be able to offer NHS clinical nurses recruited to these posts access to Council long service leave entitlements.
