**About the role**:
Vision for Education are looking for a number of High Level Teaching Assistants to work in a number of our client schools, supporting pupils with a mix of additional needs.

As a High Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our partner schools, supporting students with a range of additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Global Development Delay, PMLD, and challenging behaviour. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, we offer flexible options to accommodate your schedule and other commitments. With immediate and September start dates available, we have a variety of day-to-day, long-term, and permanent positions to suit your preferences.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of HLTA you will:

- Relevant Qualifications: Hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent certification that demonstrates your knowledge and skills in supporting students with special educational needs.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience working as a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Knowledge and Understanding: Familiarity with different SEN conditions and a good understanding of strategies to support students with additional needs.
- Patience and Empathy: Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach when working with students, understanding their unique challenges and providing appropriate support.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to work effectively in different classrooms, supporting students across various age groups and educational settings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals, building positive relationships and promoting collaboration.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the inclusive and supportive ethos of the school.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
