Tradewind Recruitment is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in the East Riding. The role is full-time, starting from February Half Term until the Summer. The pay for this position is between £85-£90 perday.

As a HLTA, you will work alongside teachers to support student learning and development. You will also have the opportunity to lead small group and individual instruction, as well as plan and deliver lessons. You will be responsible for creating a positiveand engaging learning environment for students, and work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure that all students have the support they need to succeed.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- HLTA qualifications
- Experience working in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with students and helping them achieve their full potential
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good understanding of the curriculum and how to support students in the classroom
- Strong behavior management skills
- A positive attitude and work ethic

To be considered for these positions, you must have an enhanced DBS disclosure (or be willing to obtain one), overseas police clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks. Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, and youmust have legal right to work in the UK.
