**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our housing management team in the role of Neighbourhood Coordinator. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class housing management service, engaging with households and surrounding areas in order to have a positive impact on the lives of our tenants.

You will provide a cross-cutting service to customers, with responsibility for income management, tenancy and estate management, allocation of properties and responding to a wide range of general enquiries.

As part of the role, you will be allocated an area to manage within the City of Sunderland, therefore you will need to be flexible and able to meet the travel requirements.

**What we are looking for**:
In order to meet targets and deadline, they must be able to plan, manage and effectively prioritise their workload to ensure the very best service is delivered to our tenants and customers. They must work well under pressure and show resilience when dealing with challenging situations.

Experience of providing a front line service in a housing or similar background is desirable, however what is more important is a willingness to learn and a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude. Previous applicants need not apply.
