The Lennox Partnership is a Social Enterprise operating across a number of Local Authority areas of Scotland. We deliver the Scottish Government’s flagship employability programme Fair Start Scotland in a number of locations. This voluntary programme is aimed at providing support to disabled people and those at risk of becoming long-term unemployed to find and retain work.
The Project Administrator will be responsible for delivering an effective administration support within Start Scotland contact centre, Hybrid working, 2 days based in the office in Clydebank and 1 days working from home. This is a 21 hour a week post working 9am - 5pm 3 days between Monday to Friday,
**Working Pattern 1 - Monday Office, Tuesday Office & Thursday from home**
**Working pattern 2 - Tuesday Home, Thursday Office & Friday office.**
Salary £10.90 per hour
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receiving referrals from the Scottish Government, identifying who the local partner is for each area and inputting their details onto our CRM system.
- Database input and management, ensuring databases are kept up-to-date.
- Checking all starts on programme are compliant with programme guidelines
- Chasing outcomes of referral interviews to ensure compliance is met
- Ensuring participants are exited from the programme appropriately
- Management and maintenance of the paperwork systems.
- Reception duties including answering telephones and greeting Participants and visitors.
- Providing accurate and detailed reports for our funders
- Ensuring all Key Delivery Indicators are met
- Regularly attend and participate in team meetings,
- Provide general admin support to the team including filing, faxing, photocopying and ordering stationery.
- Ad hoc projects and duties consistent with the post as and when required by line management.
**Essential Criteria**
Minimum 12 months experience as an Administrator in an office environment.
Professional and confident telephone manner
Good computer skills
Good communication skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Neat handwriting
Quality oriented
Required Qualifications:
Possession of the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent is desirable.
