Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Payroll Co-Ordinator for a market leading and well-respected business based in Dundee. The salary is from £32,000 - £36,000 with hybrid working.

**The Company**

Our client is seen as one of Scotland's market leaders within their respect industry, they play a pivotal role within the Scottish Economy. The Payroll Co-ordinator will be based out of their offices in Dundee and while be part of the companies larger payroll team.

**The Role**

The role of Payroll Co-Ordinator will be processing the end-to-end payroll for circa 700 employees. Moreover, you will be supporting the team with ad-hoc duties when required.

The successful individual will ideally have a minimum of 2-year payroll experience. Moreover, you must demonstrate an understanding of payroll legislation and statutory payroll requirements.

You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:

- Assisting with monthly payrolls
- Assisting with payroll legislation - RTI, auto enrolment, PAYE, SSP, holiday pay, pensions etc.
- Maintaining the company database including processing starters and leavers
- Dealing with internal queries and questions from employees on payroll related matters
- Ability to liaise with external partners
- Adhoc duties

**On Offer**

The role of Payroll Co-Ordinator will offer a salary of £32,000 to £36,000 per annum with a competitive benefits package and hybrid working.
