The Recruitment Co are Currently Recruiting for a HR Administrator for their client in Dundee on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday with a 16:00 finish on a Friday
Prepare files for payroll processing on a weekly basis.
Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy of payroll and pensions.
Help to manage employee absence in accordance with Company policy.
Manage recruitment on behalf of department managers.
Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders. Supplier statement reconciliation.
Prepare Commercial Invoices
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
Book travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for staff as required.
MS Office experience
Working Knowledge of HR processes
Accounts experience (Essential)
