We currently have a vacancy in our care home in Luton. The service users have learning disabilities with associated conditions.

**About you**:
You will be kind, caring and compassionate towards people who have learning disabilities.
You will be person centred at all times and ensure empowerment is at the heart of everything you do.
You will strive for excellence in all you do.
You will be an innovative self-starter in your approach to working as well as being a team player.
You will be able to keep accurate records when providing written daily notes, follow risk assessments, follow care plans or instructions as directed by the line manager.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10.30 per hour
