**Job Title**:Sixth Form Centre Support

**Accountable to**:Sixth Form and UCAS Coordinator

**Accountable for**:Sixth Form administration and student support

**Key Tasks**

**1. Sixth Form Administration ** a. Provide support to the Sixth Form Coordinator, including data entry b. Supervise independent study sessions c. Provide admin support to the Head of Sixth Form and Heads of Year 12 and 13 d. Provide support as necessary in case of staff absence within the Admin team

**2. Responsibility for developing positive attitudes to learning in Sixth Form ** a. Help promote and develop an inclusive learning environment and support for the wellbeing of all students b. Produce records of support being offered to students of concern c. To cover/supervise the taking of Sixth Form morning registers and/or study sessions d. Organise ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ activities

**3. Attendance ** a. Support the Sixth Form Attendance Officer as necessary to update daily registers based on incoming information b. Monitor the taking of registers by staff c. Make calls to parents to improve attendance and punctuality d. Maintain records of contacts

**4. Communications & Environment ** a. Support with general queries to the office b. Ensure the environment is vibrant and enlightening, with regular changes of displays, including electronic information, guided by the Head of Sixth Form

**5. General Admin ** a. To contribute, as the need or opportunity arises, to other admin tasks relating to the smooth running of the whole school, including report checking
