The Project Management Assistant will work with the Digital Transformation Programme Manager(s) to support delivery of the digital transformation programme and be responsible for providing assistance to the programme and projects in the following areas:
Maintaining and updating programme and project documentation

To represent the Digital Transformation team at Trust, community and other events as required.

Negotiates with and motivates stakeholders on project delivery, including linking in with other initiatives.

To coordinate / manage low level change activity of the much wider programme as identified by the Programme Manager

Must be willing to work across all our sites

1. To review and update programme and projects risks and issues as required with key stakeholders
to ensure they are accurate.
2. Plan and organise programme and project meetings, ensuring documentation is produced to a high
quality and distributed in a timely manner.
3. Where appropriate, to support the change control process; ensuring documentation is completed to
a high standard and change logs are accurate

4. Produce and make presentations to key stakeholders where required.
5. Supports, facilitates, and monitors progress of projects.
6. Update and review programme and project budgets, working with project managers and other key
stakeholders to ensure forecasting remains correct.
7. To provide support to Project Manager(s) on specific project(s).
8. To manage and own specific elements of projects
9. Create programme and project documentation, including reports for both internal and external
stakeholders
10. Follow up on actions from programme and project meetings to ensure they are completed in a
timely manner.
11. To contribute to the development of a culture where organisational change programmes drive
Digital requirements.
12. Undertake project audits where requested either by the Programme Manager or Senior
Responsible Owner
13. Develop policies and protocols for own work area / proposes project changes which impact across
the sector
