**Facilities Coordinator**

**Rochford**

**£25,944 - £27,309 per year**

**35 hours per week**

We have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Group Facilities team, based in Rochford. The Group Facilities team ensures that the delivery and management of internal and external services (such as mail delivery, office reception, cleaning, security and catering) adhere to agreed standards, current legislation and health and safety regulations.

**The role of Facilities Coordinator will include**:

- Administrative tasks such as raising repairs and purchase orders using SAP, monitoring the Group Facilities mailbox and other ad hoc administrative duties when required
- Provide managers and staff with clear guidance, information and practical advice on facilities related issues
- Assist in the co-ordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers
- Providing cover for the Facilities Managers when on annual leave
- Assisting other members of the team at various sites and attending planned visits to other offices

**Skills and experiences**:

- Previous experience working in a similar administrative role involving raising purchase orders including goods receipting
- Practical experience of completing and understanding of risk assessments, including taking appropriate actions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
