An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Lincolnshire County Council as an Advanced Practitioner within their FAST Team based within Sleaford.

Within this role you will be responsible for
- Working closely with Children and families.
- Undertaking assessments and carry out appropriate interventions to ensure the best possible outcome for the child.
- You will also carry a complex caseload that will include a range of court work which requires specialist assessments for Looked after Children and Children in Need.
- Overall, as an Advanced Practitioner you will hold an important role within the team, offering support and guidance to other social workers which have less experience.

Lincolnshire County Council want to grow their internal team in order to maintain and progress the standard of social work which they have provided to service users. Within the council you will not only be part of a stable and supportive team you will also be able to progress and enhance your ability as an Advanced Practitioner.

For this position you will need hold a recognised social work qualification and be Social Care England registered. Furthermore, you will have at least two years post qualifying experience in statutory childcare setting, to support your ability for this role.
