- Perform general clerical duties, including management of print runs, photocopying, scanning, and filing'
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Ability to learn new software packages as required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)

Flexible approach, within a small company, to help in other areas as the business demands
