Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a small business located in Carlton. Our client is currently looking to recruit a confident, hard-working Customer Service Administrator to support a busy team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career minded office professional to take ownership of their customer’s expectations, whilst contributing to the success of an expanding team of likeminded people.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Answer telephone calls from customers looking to enquire about services
- Book appointments for engineers to visit customers properties
- Liaise with external organisations to obtain relevant information
- Process orders on behalf of customers and conduct follow up calls after the sale
- Use bespoke computer systems to book sales visits
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident telephone manner, happy to communicate at all levels
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Hard-working and committed attitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
