Role Title: Administrator

Location: Remote working with occasional travel to office.

**Salary**: £24,800 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Position Type: Permanent

Magna is seeking a customer focused, highly motivated Administrator to support the Governance, Legal and Risk team. The successful applicant will be able to build great rapport with our Board Members and customers, establish their needs and provide the best experience with a right first-time approach.

You will be part of a team where our people are passionate about delivering an excellent governance and customer service.

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Arranging Board, Committee and Executive Board meetings
- Assisting with drafting of agendas and meeting packs
- Maintain the Governance meeting calendar.
- Provide admin support to Legal and Risk departments.
- Assist legal department with property purchasing process.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Previous administration experience including excellent IT skills across the full MS Office suite and virtual call set up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, positive and friendly approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, while being flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Comfortable building and managing relationships with all Board members, Executives and stakeholders.
- Understanding of Data Protection/GDPR regulations is preferable.
- Discreet and respectful of confidentiality.
