Our client is a toy and game manufacturer seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to support their team in ensuring all products are compliant, safe and fit for purpose.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and requirements, as well as skills in analysis, investigation, and attention to detail.
Key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring quality assurance policies are met
- Advising on the safety, compliance and quality of new products
- Conducting risk assessments on new products
- Ensuring all required technical information is included on the packaging
- Maintaining product technical files
- Providing quality assurance input at all stages of product development
- Advising on the quality and safety requirements for international markets
- Monitoring and analysing product performance statistics such as reviews, returns and complaints
- Investigating poorly performing products and recommending action
- Reviewing quality assurance procedures and recommending improvements
**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
