Foresight Events, a dynamic and forward-thinking event management company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate Conference Producer. **Job Overview**:
As a Graduate Conference Producer at Foresight Events, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in the events industry. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in conference production, allowing you to work closely with industry experts, conduct market research, and contribute to the development of engaging conference agendas. This is an exciting entry-level position for a highly motivated individual looking to grow within the events sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting market research to identify key trends and topics relevant to the target audience.
- Support the development of conference agendas by collaborating with industry experts and thought leaders.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including speaker management and on-site coordination.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance.
- Assist in the evaluation and analysis of event success through post-event reports and feedback.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Passion for the events industry and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
