**The Opportunity**

**What You’ll Do**

**Leadership and Team Management**
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing coaching to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

**Customer Service and Sales**
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their individual needs and preferences.
- Proactively engage with customers, build relationships, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales by achieving individual and team sales targets. Resolve customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

**Operational Excellence**
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized makeup section.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are neatly displayed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting stock checks and replenishments as needed.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement promotional activities and achieve store objectives. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.

**Product Knowledge and Training**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and product launches.
- Provide ongoing education on makeup techniques, including workshops and demonstrations.
- Encourage and support Beauty Advisors in pursuing professional development opportunities.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the beauty or retail industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with Sephora's brand and product offerings is a plus.
