Job Title: Beauty Services Supervisor

At Sephora, we're looking for a skilled Beauty Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise and train Beauty Advisors on makeup and skincare services, ensuring they meet Sephora's high standards of service excellence.
  • Manage counter operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and driving sales.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on makeup and skincare services.
  • Relevant certifications in makeup artistry, skincare services, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
