Within the EMEAR Sales Business Administration team, in a context of transformation linked to the growth of the group, you support the Manager of the EUROWEST region daily. You are trained to become a specialist in our sales process to guarantee the compliance of our operations and to provide support to our sales teams.

You evolve in a complex and international environment, within a rich multicultural team of 50 people, spread over France, Germany, the United Kingdom and India. Your community is at the heart of a varied ecosystem bringing together all the other Business Administration functions (legal, pricing, revenue recognition, credit, export control, etc.), our internal and external clients and partners, as well as your counterparts based in the United States and in Asia.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Within the Sales Business Administration organization, you are in charge of approving our software orders, managing the customer repository, and deploying our On-Premise and Cloud solutions f

As such, your main missions will be:

- Support for business activities: supporting sales teams, proposing solutions and securing quarterly closings.
- Internal control: guarantee the integrity of the customer repository, compliance with sales processes and customer contracts, and ensure right first time delivery of our products (keys, media & cloud access).
- Management of operational projects: analyze business issues, propose resolution plans and execute them.
- Management of operational flow: develop automation and delegation to our shared services center for transaction processing.
- Transformation and project management: participation in projects to improve tools and processes, deployment of new work methodologies, implementation of collaborative tools for monitoring operations.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You are an engineer with a strong appetite for business issues OR you are a graduate of a Business School / University (Economics, Management, Law) with a strong taste for new technologies and technical products;
- You have a first successful experience in a support function for sales teams in a complex international context, ideally in the new technologies sector. You have had the opportunity to participate in transformation projects;
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to details;
- Knowledge of various CRM, and ERP systems;
- Ability to analyze contracts ;
- Experience in Data analytics and compliance reviews;
- Able to interpret rules in conmtect of compliance;
- You enjoy managing operations and solving complex problems while knowing how to work in a demanding business context punctuated by quarterly closing rates. You want to work within an international and multicultural community;
- You have a strong taste for new technologies and you are comfortable with collaborative tools as well as Excel (TCD, VLOOKUP, Business Intelligence) and Power Point;
- A fluent level of expression in English is required. Additional West European language is a plus.
