**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW**:
We are looking for an Internal Sales / Warehouse person / Driver for our Sheffield branch.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Process and record goods in accurately
- Store and organise warehouse stock and arrange in store merchandise
- Accurately pick, pack and despatch customer orders
- Filing paperwork in a timely manner
- Work to and actively promote a high level health and safety and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and trade counter
- Serve and engage with customers at the counter
- Process cash and card payments over the counter securely and responsibly
- Reconcile banking for gas and hardgoods products
- Be instrumental in accurate and timely stock counts
- Answer telephones to liaise with colleagues to sort problems and provide information about products such as availability and delivery
- Delivery of product to customers
- Take and process sales orders from customers
- Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding products or services
- Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection
- Provide information about items, such as availability, operation or description
- Handles requests from customers including new account and pricing set up, issuing quotations, order entry, queries and internal communication with operations and sales teams
- Raises credit notes adhering to the credit note request procedure

- Confident and clear communication skills across all contact channels
- Demonstrated ability of working within a fast paced, customer facing environment, maintaining high levels of customer service
- Capable of prioritising workload and solving problems
- Able to remain focused in a busy telephone and retail environment
- Willingness to learn about industry, products, customer and agent requirements
- Knowledge of engineering and welding processes and requirements is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
- Full clean UK Driving Licence **(essential)**
